I noticed this morning that I breathe through my mouth most of the time when I run.
For a bit I made myself breathe through my nose and my pace was good, but it wasn’t really any different from when I did it the other way, and of course when I went up hills the mouth came open and I couldn’t force it shut.
I wonder what Runner’s World says about that. I think I’ll have to go check it out.
